"Antonio Baca was a captain by 1628 and 28 years old he said, married and living in Santa Fe. He was the main ringleader in the anti-Rosas faction which caused this Governor's death. He also was the leader of the people who defied the Governor by barricading themselves with the friars at Santo Domigno Pueblo. His turbulent career ended on July 21, 1643 when he was beheaded with others in Santa Fe. His wife was Yumar Perez De Bustillo, forty years old in 1631. She, too, had come to New Mexico as a child with her parents. Of their three known daughters Gerturdes married Antonio Jorge, Ana was the wife of Francisco Lopez De Aragon, and Gregoria married Antonio De Albizu. What later Bacas were their sons, if any, cannot as yet be ascertained." (ORIGINS P.10)
Antonio married Yumar Perez De Bustillo, daughter of Juan Perez De Bustillo and Maria De La Cruz. (Yumar Perez De Bustillo was born about 1591 in Mexico 75.)
